The first wet chilly day has arrived which inspired me to cook Sourced Stroganoff for dinner.
600g - 800g Beef fillet sliced into strips,
Sourced Stroganoff sauce,
300g Sour Cream
Continental Parsley to Garnish
Can Add - Added a handful of washed English Spinach, extra sliced Mushrooms, and some Zucchini slices.
Serve with - After a quick look in the pantry I decided that Porcini Fettucini would be a great accompianment, you could also use Mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.
To Garnish - Washed chopped continental parsley and a sprig of washed Parsley.
Method - Heat pan, add a tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive oil, saute Beef strips till browned, remove to add later.
Add mushrooms, zucchini cook 2 mins then stir in Sourced Stroganoff sauce, simmer on low heat for 10 mins.
Add Beef strips and simmer for 10 mins.
Remove from heat stir through 300g Sour Cream
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon over cooked pasta and garnish.
