Sourced Tomato and Herb Meatballs

With the crew arriving late in for dinner tonight, a quick and easy meal solution was to whip up a hearty Pasta. Using meatballs purchased at my local IGA , Fresh herbs and Sourced Tomato and herb sauce. It takes as long as boiling the pasta to cook this delicious tasty meal.

400g Sourced Tomato and herb Sauce

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

800 g Meatballs

1 Onion, chopped

100g Loin Ham, Bacon, Speck or Chorizo, diced.

Fresh Basil to garnish

Spaghetti - cooked al dente ( or your choice of pasta)

Fresh Parmesan, grated ( La Casa Del Formaggio - available at IGA already grated)

Bring to boil a large pot of salted water with a dash of Olive Oil for cooking Spaghetti.

In a heavy based pan, heat 2 tabs Olive oil, add Meatballs, cook till browned, add onion, ham and cook 3 mins till soft. Stir in Sourced Tomato and Herb sauce. Simmer on low heat, meatballs till cooked through.

Stir through chopped spinach and fresh herbs.

Serve over cooked pasta with grated parmesan cheese and Fresh crusty bread.

To Jush : Stir through 2 handfuls of chopped spinach and a few sprigs of chopped basil and Parsley.

Freeze unused portions of meatballs or pack for lunch the next day xxx
