Smoky Chipotle Shredded Pork

2 kg Boned Pork shoulder, rind and fat trimmed ( cook rind and finish under grill for crackling)

400g Sourced Smoky Chipotle sauce

Baste pork shoulder with Sourced Smoky Chipotle sauce and place in oven dish, cover with foil and bake 160˚C for 4 hours. Occasionally basting with sauce. Rest 30 mins before pulling meat apart using 2 forks. Can be cooked in the slow cooker adding 500 ml Beef stock and 250 ml Orange juice on high for 6 hours.

Serve with slaw, roasted sweet potato fries, guacomole, salsa and beans.
