Sourced Chicken Stroganoff

600 g Chicken thigh fillet, sliced into strips.
400g Sourced Stroganoff Sauce
2 tabs Olive Oil
1/4 Leek finely sliced
100 g Mushrooms, sliced
200 ml Sour Cream
Continental Parsley to garnish
Heat Oil in pan, add Leek saute till soft. Add Chicken and cook till brown. Add Mushrooms and Sourced Stroganoff Sauce. Simmer 15-20 mins. Add 1 pot of Sour Cream Stir. Serve with Fettuccini or mashed potato
